Sophia turned 7 months old on August 14th. She has two bottom teeth, loves giving high fives, laughing and rolling from her hands and knees to her rump.
July & August in a Nutshell
At the end of July we were thankful to minister at Oasis Church with Joe and Angela Hawkins. They have poured into our lives for many years, and we are grateful for their friendship. We are planning on speaking at Oasis on September 11, so check below for details. Adam's parents visited us in Kansas City, and we enjoyed our time together as a family. At the end of August Plumbline hosted a seminar in Kansas City on growing in recognizing God's voice, and we saw many people that were strengthened and blessed by God and by people praying for them.
Sophia has been learning how to eat solids for the last few months, and we are thankful when they stay in her mouth instead of all over us :-) She is learning how to crawl, get up from her back and stomach, and grab onto things so that she can move. As we looked at the possibility of Sophia crawling soon, we moved our office from the main floor to the basement. It felt great to clean, organize and have a new space to read and study.

Plumbline Retreat in Colorado
In late September we will driving to Colorado for a retreat with over half of the Plumbline Staff and many of the Plumbline Renewal Community members. Pray that the Lord will bring refreshing for everyone and that we will grow in our relationships with each other.
Partnership Update for September
We have 70% of our monthly budget pledged, and we are needing to raise an additional $1000 per month.
We consider those who join us in prayer and finances as part of our ministry team. If we had 10 people join us at $100 a month we would be fully financially supported as a family. No gift is too small, and we are thankful for every donation that we have received. We are also growing our prayer team because we understand prayer is a vital foundation for everything we do in life and in ministry. Please read the detailed information about giving options HERE.
We are thankful for the Lord's provision, guidance and protection in our lives. Without your prayers and support we would not be able to do what we are doing, and we are eternally grateful.
