Over the past few months Kelli and I have seen the Lord move powerfully. We were in Iowa twice continuing to strengthen believers there in the areas of healing, discipleship and apologetics (the defense of the Christian faith.) We had a wonderful time in Illinois during the end of February and early March. We celebrated our niece Becca being baptized and threw a surprise birthday party for Kelli's mom.The Jesus is Healer Conference at Riverside Community Church in Peoria was a success, and we saw many people grow in the knowledge and practical application of God being our healer and how to pray for the sick to be healed. I was thankful to teach on the covenant of healing, and Kelli had a word of knowledge for headaches and hip pain. One man had pain for over a decade and after receiving prayer walked to lunch without his cane because the Lord had healed him! There were dozens of testimonies of people being healed on Saturday and Sunday.
Kelli's Corner
With glimpses of spring Adam and I have been excited to start working on things around the house and begin to plan some bigger projects for the warmer days of spring and summer. Our traveling schedule was a bit lighter this month and we have enjoyed catching up with friends in KC. We spent some time at the flea markets with two of my old roommates and we also got to meet the new baby boy of our friends Tom and Sarah.
In Iowa Adam did such a great job explaining the concepts of why we believe in what we believe as Christians. We have been working hard to get the Global Storm website up and running, and I have a new found appreciation for web design. We are very excited to see what the Lord is going to do through the three short-term missions trips that are planned this year through Global Storm.
If you would like Plumbline or Adam and Kelli to minister at your church, ministry or small group, contact us at [email protected].
Plumbline is going to Western Kenya September 17th-30th to train leaders and pastors, hold open air evangelistic meetings and lead revival services. Last year our team of 10 saw over 1000 people come to the Lord and had over 80 documented healings and miracles. We are currently building this year's team and we are asking you and others to pray about joining us on the ground in Kenya, joining us through prayer and/or by giving financially for this trip. Our heart is to equip, strengthen and bless the people that we have the opportunity to minister to. To find out more information about the trip, please contact Kelli by emailing her at [email protected].
Each team member needs to raise $3100, so we need a total of $6200. To partner with us financially for the trip Click Here. You can give by Electronic Checks (lowest service fees), Credit/Debit card, direct link with Paypal or by check. Checks can be written to Plumbline Ministries with Kenya in the memo.
