We are back in Kansas City, and we are awaiting the arrival of our daughter. She is scheduled to be delivered at 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 14th. Please pray for baby and mom’s health, wisdom for the medical staff and safety for our parents as they travel down to join us in this new and exciting season of life! Home for the Holidays
As November came to a close Plumbline hosted several meetings in the Peoria area on the topics of prayer, hearing God’s voice and healing. At an Encounter Service at Northwoods we saw many people receive healing as they were prayed for and Jesus restored them. Our little girl on the way was celebrated through two baby showers that were thrown for us. We were able to spend time with Kelli’s Aunt Ann before she passed away, and we celebrated her life with loved ones.
We saw both families over Thanksgiving and the night ended with an emergency room visit because Kelli had a gallbladder attack. We worked around the house in KC before we returned to Illinois for Christmas celebrations and a beautiful New Year’s Day wedding of Kelli’s niece Bre to David Timm. We drove back to KC the next day as the countdown for the baby neared closer.
We know this season of life and ministry is going to be different and new. We are asking the Lord to help us as we find a new rhythm with the baby and life in every aspect: Our traveling, writing, working from home and what He has put on our hearts to do in 2016.
Research, Writing and Beyond
We sense in addition to raising our baby, we have things the Lord has put on our hearts to develop and write about in the coming months. Please join us in praying for Holy Spirit’s direction and leading. Thank you for joining us in this journey!
