Recent Update
Over the last few months Kelli and I have spent quite a bit of time traveling personally and with Plumbline. We were in Iowa, Southern Missouri, Illinois for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and back to Kansas City for the Onething Conference. During our travels we were blessed to see many of our friends and family.
Early in November we visited my Uncle Dick Foster (my mom Lisa’s brother) in Southern Missouri and we shared the Lord with him and prayed for him. He lost his battle with lung cancer later in the month. In December I was privileged to honor him by speaking at his celebration of life ceremony. In the midst of loss and sadness, we were thankful that my mom was there as he passed away and told him that he could go be with Jesus.
In the middle of January Kelli and I traveled with Brian to Minneapolis to be a part of the Days of Glory conference. We helped run the book table, ministered to many people through prayer and counsel. We were also able to hear many powerful preachings and receive prayer as well. We had multiple meetings around the city and we saw the Lord encounter people with His love and the truths He had for them.
In Iowa we continued on the topic of healing and also taught on discipleship within a community. Brian was invited to speak at a contemporary Mennonite church and many people were blessed to hear about God’s heart for them.
Looking into 2014
The staff of Plumbline raise support as missionaries just as the Apostle Paul modeled in 1 Corinthians 9:14, “The Lord ordered that those who preach the Good News should be supported by those who benefit from it.” (NLT) Since Kelli is no longer working at the school, we now raise support for two. We have seen the Lord provide throughout 2013, even when we were unsure where the finances would come from. Through existing and new monthly partners and generous special financial gifts God truly provided for us and supplemented our monthly income.
2014 Giving Commitments
As we start the year would you prayerfully consider partnering with us, whether for the first time or once again? If you would like a pledge card to indicate your level of support for the upcoming year let us know. All financial and non-cash donations are tax-deductible. Please read the detailed information about giving options on the Give page.
If you would like Plumbline or Kelli and I to minister at your church, ministry or small group, contact us at [email protected].
Thank you for your generosity, obedience and faithfulness to the Lord’s leading. You have made it possible for us to serve the Lord. We hope that each of you have a joyful holiday season full of the richness of God’s abundant blessings!
In Christ,
Adam and Kelli Moser
