2022 recap
Hello friends! This past year has been filled with a lot of fun, new adventures, some hard times, and the faithfulness and goodness of God.
Sophia is ready to turn 7 and halfway through first grade in our second year of homeschooling. It has been a great experience watching her grow and enjoy the learning process. She continued piano lessons and is excelling in her abilities at the keys. She has always loved to draw and color, but this year she has told us she wants to be an artist. Selah is almost 5 and is having tons of fun in Pre-K three days a week. She has shown improvement on her pencil hold and writing skills on the days she is home with us. She has always wanted to be just like her big sister, so it is no surprise that when she is asked what she wants to become she says, “An artist just like sissy!” They love riding bikes, playing outside, crafts, drawing, singing, dancing, and putting on all kinds of “shows” for us. In July Sophia asked us how she could know God and then Selah said she wanted to know God too. Adam and I had the honor of praying with both girls to receive Jesus!
I (Kelli) have enjoyed learning how to develop my piano skills and have been writing some music. I am still serving on our worship teams at church and I have joined another worship team at our local House of Prayer twice a month. Through out the year I have had some unexpected health issues come up with several major dental procedures, eye surgery, and continued post Covid healing. Adam helped launch a regional ministry called Arise 309 focused on contending for God’s promises in Central Illinois. We have helped lead and organize prayer and worship events for the National Day of Prayer, monthly at the house of prayer and a 30 day call to prayer. Adam attends a prayer group with pastors and leaders once a month and a small group of entrepreneurs twice a month. He has continued to disciple and build relationships with young men and even had the honor to help baptize one at our church. He also worked on a few bigger projects around our house.
2022 has been a year of both staying the course and exiting new opportunities for our ministry. Innovative Faith was blessed with a few vehicle donations this year, and Adam fixed and sold them. We have continued to do our own self hosted seminars and events and have added some new topics to our teaching list. Adam was invited to speak at the Morton Pumpkin festival for the third time and several people thanked us for the message. Throughout the year we were asked to teach at a local ministry school, Bible study, men’s group, and a home group in Dwight, Illinois. We went to a conference in Minnesota and connected with many new pastors and leaders. In the fall we were invited to speak at a church in Wisconsin through one of those conference connections. We have continued to see the Lord’s favor as we are obedient to follow His calling on our lives. We are excited to see what else He has for us in 2023. He is always faithful to complete the work He started and we are thankful for your prayers and partnership with us as a family and a ministry!
As this year comes to a close would you prayerfully consider partnering with us in sharing God’s hope and love by giving a tax-deductible year-end gift? Our goal is to raise $10,000 by December 31st to help start 2023 strong. As missionaries we raise financial support and around 50% of our current budget comes through monthly gifts. We have been able to supplement our yearly budget through special gifts, non-cash donations, and year-end gifts. To give by check, follow the instructions on the @Give page. To give electronically, click the link below.
Together with your prayer and financial partnership we will continue to equip individuals, churches, and ministries with practical tools to experience the fullness of God by making the complex simple and supernatural natural. We are truly grateful for all of you!
Blessings and love to you from the Mosers!
